The First Mountain

The First Mountain is among the oldest and tallest mountains in The Table, located in the central-eastern portion of the main continent. It is located adjacent to the Source, the spring where the Minnoar first emerged, and has rivers connecting both to the east and west. It is also the location of the Elven capital of Eithel.
