Veeshur (Bird-people)

Super un-tight with the lizard folk due to a generations old political issue. They constantly attempt political outreach to the other races. Their goal is to create a one world government free of tyranny and corruption. Ethically they are willing to bend extremely far to achieve their goals. Basically fascist under the guise of a free and just society. Different sections of their government are run by different secret societies. All with their own ideas of what is necessary to achieve perfect peace. All lead by different interpretations of the same millenia old scripts. Frequently Veeshur missionaries will attempt to entrench themselves in the poorest and most broken communities in order to bend the will of areas of the world that would generally be outside of their political reach. One of these secret societies believes That if they can allow hakkar to be summoned by the schi-hil that they'll be able to dominate hakkar and use his power and the schi-hil's wmd's to rule the world. Another secret society attempts to grow and synthesize the schi-hil vine for the porrup as well, and while they grow extremely potent vine, they cannot grow very much of it. Their goal is to understand what it is capable of, using the porrup as willing test subjects. To the best of their knowledge the vine effects both of their races similarly, however in extremely high doses the porrup will transcend mentally. the veeshur usually die when exposed to the same amount.
